We are committed to providing you with high-quality supplements. Due to the nature of our products, we accept returns and exchanges for unopened items.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange:
Unopened Items: We will only accept returns or exchanges for supplements that have been unopened, including items that were damaged during shipping.
Notification Window: You must request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
Contact Customer Service: Email us at admin@eshealth.com within the 30 day window.
Provide Information: Please include your order number, why you are returning the item, and if you’d like a replacement product (for damaged products).
Shipping Label: Once we review your claim, we will provide a return label and instructions on how to get the item(s) back to us.
Refund or Replacement:
Upon receipt of the item(s), we will either:
Issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Send a replacement of the same product.
