About Dr. Kristin
“We believe in transparency and patient advocacy. There’s really no other way to practice medicine.”
– DR. KRISTIN MCKITISH
Kristin Wright McKitish, MD
After collaborating with Dr. Erika for 10 years, Dr. Kristin joined Evolved Science full-time in 2021. Her passion for prevention, exercise, and lifestyle medicine began at the University of Miami, where she studied Kinesiology and Biology. She completed her residency at New York Medical College in Hoboken, serving as chief resident, while also completing the University of Arizona’s Integrative Medicine Residency program.
Dr. Kristin believes the best care starts with understanding the person sitting in front of you. Everyone has different goals, priorities, routines, and challenges, and a health plan only works if it makes sense for that individual. She takes the time to understand the full picture and works with each patient to create an approach that feels realistic, fits into their life, and can actually be maintained over time.
To Dr. Kristin, optimizing health isn't about chasing perfect numbers or following the latest protocol. It's about using the right tools for the individual; helping patients feel better, perform better, prevent disease, and build habits that support their health for years to come.
When she’s not treating patients or researching the latest in disease prevention and longevity, Kristin can usually be found exercising before sunrise, spending time with her husband, at one of her four kids’ many sporting events, visiting one of her eight siblings, or cheering on the University of Miami at a football game.
