After collaborating with Dr. Erika for the past 10 years, Dr. Kristin joined the practice full-time in 2021. Her interest in prevention, exercise, and lifestyle modification began at the University of Miami, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Biology. She became board-certified in medicine after completing her residency at New York Medical College Hoboken, where she was chief resident. She has also completed University of Arizona's Integrative Medicine Residency program. When she's not treating patients or researching the latest in disease prevention, Kristin can be found exercising or spending time with her husband, three kids, and their dog — or visiting any of her eight siblings.

NURSE PRACTITIONER

Nicole is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in concierge medicine and top institutions like Weill Cornell and Memorial Sloan Kettering. A native New Yorker, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing from CUNY’s Herbert H. Lehman College. She values a holistic approach to wellness, integrating prevention and aesthetic medicine to help patients feel their best inside and out. Based on the Upper East Side, she enjoys exploring NYC’s dining scene and playing pickleball when the weather allows.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Katie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Tulane University. Prior to joining Evolved Science in 2016, Katie worked in financial services and asset management for 8 years. She leverages her prior experience in a corporate environment to create the perfect balance between preventative medicine and business.

PHLEBOTOMIST

Born and raised in Albany, NY, Pete resides in Elmhurst, NY with his wife Desiree, and his daughter Isabella. Pete has been working with Dr. Erika since 2006. He is a State and Nationally Certified Patient Care Technician as well as Phlebotomist, EKG Technician and IV Therapist. In his spare time he enjoys the outdoors as well as traveling.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Ana has a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Food Science from Montclair State University. She has worked in the medical field since 2009 and is dedicated to patient care and keeping office administration running smoothly. Ana is energetic and enthusiastic, always helping where needed. She enjoys spending time with her husband and son.

PATIENT EXPERIENCE MANAGER

Bernadette joined Evolved Science in 2016 with a background in Health Science from her studies at ITT College in County Kerry, Ireland. She thrives in the fast-paced environment of Evolved Science and enjoys learning how to improve her own health and wellness while assisting patients.
Bernadette immigrated to New York from Ireland 25 years ago. She worked in the finance industry at the executive administration level for five years before taking a break from the corporate environment to raise her young family.

PATIENT EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR

Sascha has a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Montevallo. She is passionate about ensuring an excellent patient experience and has worked in patient care for almost 10 years. She enjoys absorbing knowledge from her colleagues and educating herself on Psychology, Health, and Wellness. In her spare time, she enjoys photography and traveling with her husband.

PATIENT EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR

Sofia brings over seven years of healthcare experience in family medicine and urgent care. Before joining the team, she worked as a Clinical Concierge for an urgent care center, providing direct patient support in a fast-paced clinical setting. She has since transitioned into an administrative role and now supports the team remotely from Dallas, Texas.

Originally from Seattle, Sofia is known for her compassionate, detail-oriented approach and is committed to ensuring every patient feels heard, supported, and well cared for. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and exploring new places.
